Next month, Holiday House and HC&G Hamptons Cottages & Gardens will debut the third-ever Holiday House Hamptons, in partnership with Douglas Elliman and The Corcoran Group. Kicking off with the opening night White Gala on June 18, the showhouse, located at 100 Crescent Avenue, in Water Mill, will host the work of 20-plus interior designers, who will transform the $18 million property. Located on the Mecox Bay waterfront, the 13,000-square-foot home has an infinity pool, a 9,000-square-foot outdoor deck, a rooftop tennis court, a private dock and multiple terraces. The showhouse will run June 19 through July 26.

“My goal is to make each new Holiday House unique, and the opportunity to work in this contemporary estate with incredible amenities is really special. We are thrilled to be back in the Hamptons this summer and grateful for the support from Hamptons Cottages & Gardens, Corcoran, Douglas Elliman and Phil, John and the team at 456 Development Group, as well as the talent of over 20 cutting edge designers. It’s always inspiring to see so many people come together to create a beautiful event and raise money in support of research that will hopefully end breast cancer in our lifetimes,” Iris Dankner, president and creative director of Holiday House, tells EAL.

The house itself boasts unique amenities and a prime location. "456 Development Group’s goal was to develop a unique high-end home in the Hamptons that would distinguish itself among all the rest," shares the company. "100 Crescent is the only residential house with a rooftop tennis court in the Hamptons, however, the house has much more to offer then just rooftop tennis. With water access to Mecox Bay and water views of the ocean, 100 Crescent blends the classic Hampton context with modern features and amenities. The principal focus of the design was to connect indoor and outdoor spaces. Through the use of an open floor plan, large windows, cantilever and covered terraces and natural stonewalls penetrating the exterior facade the connection was achieved. All primary spaces were oriented towards the views. The vanishing edge pool and spa seamlessly blend into the landscape overlooking Mecox Bay. Along with nurturing the Hamptons lifestyle, 100 Crescent challenges the art of living."

Kendell Cronstrom, editor in chief of HC&G and NYC&G, weighs in on this year's iteration: "As with every Holiday House, I am looking forward to being inspired by totally smart, forward-thinking, inventive design. No showhouse is ever the same, and I’m really excited to see what this year’s designers have cooked up!"

The showcase will be hosted by co-chairs Iris Dankner and Christopher Hyland, in addition to design chairs Thom Filicia, Robert Stilin and Vicente Wolf.

Holiday House has raised over $1 million benefiting breast cancer research, via The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Participating designers in Holiday House Hamptons in the past have included Campion Platt, Huniford Design Studios and others; this year’s designers will be announced at a later date.

The showhouse is open for general admission June 19 through July 26 (Thu: 11am-8pm; Fri–Mon: 11am‐5pm. Closed Tues and Wed). Admission is $35, including the Show House catalogue.
