Two new designer developments—one in Harlem and one in Deer Valley—will be unveiled for the first time this fall.

Darren Henault designed model apartments for a new condominium development in Harlem at 2130 Adam Clayton Powell and Philip Gorrivan and One Kings Lane recently unveiled a mountain home at the Montage Residences Deer Valley.

A seven-story newly constructed condominium development features 46 residences from 533 to 1,508 square feet ranging in price from $289,000 - $949,000. The apartments feature a neutral palette with splashes of color, making them modern and welcoming.

Henault used mainstream, mid-range brands such as CB2, West Elm, Room & Board, Pier One, Z Gallerie, Ballard, and Wisteria in the new model units for a stylish and relaxed approach.

“The overall design is for a buyer who is young, hip, and upwardly mobile,” said Henault. “2130 ACP already offered a unique opportunity to be immersed in Harlem's rich culture, so I focused on making the units comfortable and functionally designed.”

For the Montage, "We sought out top interior designer Philip Gorrivan and One Kings Lane Co-Founder Alison Pincus, two names with great appeal to modern families, to create the ultimate comfortable living space at North America's newest mountain resort," said Ashley Mohan, Vice President, Ohana Real Estate Investors, the owners of Montage Deer Valley.

"Their inventive interiors show how a gracious mountain home can easily accommodate the most active and informal of lifestyles in harmony with striking design elements in art, furnishings and more. All of our 81 private residences at Montage Deer Valley offer access to every luxury hotel service and amenity. But this one-of-a-kind home is custom-made for memorable retreats with friends and family for years to come," said Alan J. Fuerstman, CEO& Founder, Montage Hotels & Resorts.

One Kings Lane will be selling items included in or inspired by this exclusive Montage Deer Valley residence online in January 2012.
