AD Design Show releases lineup for 2017

The annual Architectural Digest Design Show will take place at Piers 92 & 94 in New York over March 16 to 19. On tap: pieces spanning furniture, accessories, lighting, art, kitchen, bath, building products, hardware and flooring from 400-plus brands, in addition to seminar programs, culinary demonstrations, installations and industry events, including DIFFA’s Dining by Design.

Among the highlights announced thus far: MADE, the juried section known for showcasing unique pieces, which will this year feature Pelle, Patrick Weder Design, Fort Standard, and Vetro Vero, as well as the emerging talents of JM Szymanski, Topher Gent, A Space, Christopher Kurtz, John Sheppard and others; SHOPS, a retail boutique selling art, gifts, decor and more from brands like Owen & Fred, Golden Door, Konzuk, Christophe Pourny, Rikumo, Big Picture Farm and American Design Club; and REFRESH, a kitchen-bath, appliance and building product section that will highlight exhibitors Bosch, Gaggenau, Thermador, Baldwin, Benjamin Moore, Dacor, Miele and Scavolini, as well as Porcelenosa, Ronbow, Waterworks, Native Trails, Ammonitum and Cesar.

Contemporary and classic design will be on view in the FURNISH section, with furniture, lighting, carpets and rugs, decorative accessories, textiles and art from Ligne Roset, The New Traditionalists, ArtherBuster + Punch, Costantini, OrionHD, KOKET, Warp & Weft, and IMAESTRI, among others. 

The speaker and seminar lineup will be announced at a later date, and will include a keynote from Architectural Digest’s editor in chief, Amy Astley, alongside a top designer.
