The 250,000-square-foot Bronx warehouse is no longer “strategically viable” to operate, ABC Carpet & Home said a statement to the New York Post. As a result, the company will be holding the largest sale in its 119-year history, with up to 75 percent off everything, beginning September 1 and continuing through November.

After November, the clearance department for rugs, carpets and broadloom will be available at ABC’s flagship store in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. A seasonal pop-up shop will exist within the store for discounted furniture, bed and bath, and lighting.
